Choose Your Credit Review
Two credit review options are available. Review the differences and select the one that fits your stage of the mortgage process. Please review the provider's authorization and payment details before proceeding.
Soft Credit Review
$92 per borrower
Best for: Exploring mortgage readiness, reviewing credit concerns, and planning next steps.
Benefit: A soft inquiry does not affect your credit scores. A hard inquiry may still be required later.
Hard Credit Review
$152 for single or joint applicants
Best for: Borrowers moving toward formal mortgage qualification and lender review.
Benefit: Provides a credit report for mortgage processes that require a hard inquiry. A hard inquiry may temporarily affect your credit scores.
Credit-report fees are $92 per borrower for a soft review and $152 for a hard review for either single or joint applicants, as currently quoted. Confirm the final amount and authorization terms on the payment page. A credit review does not guarantee mortgage approval. If you are unsure which review you need, please contact us before paying.
